Biography
Throughout my life and career choices, I have gained the experience, knowledge, and insight aiding in
the sale and purchase of homes and other type properties. Being a Native of Colorado Springs, I have
grown in this community and care about preserving our quiet way of life. I am a Married (24 years)
Christian woman and have raised my 4 children in Colorado Springs, incredibly grateful for the Blessings
given to me throughout the years.
While I had the opportunity to witness not only the majestic & beautiful scenery: I also had the pleasure
in participating in the growth and expansion of this and City & surrounding areas. I have sold Homes,
Income, Commercial and Land Properties throughout Colorado Springs, Peyton, Yoder, Woodland Park,
Black Forest, Monument, & Fountain/Security.
Before meeting with a Client, I am prepared with a thorough Market Analysis knowledgeable & ready to
answer questions. Clients are very appreciative at the thoroughness and level of care shown from
beginning to end of a transaction. My goal is to give above 110% and represent my clients with utmost
due diligence as I feel they should have full disclosure and the right to choose the option best for them.
I have taken extra measures to ensure my continuing education is always up to date. As our Colorado
Contracts and Licensure mandate changes every year. I pride myself of being proactive in learning and
growing my Business. I sit on the Ethics Panel, which allows me to learn through other Realtors and
understand and help penalize others on mistakes or ill intentions they exhibit. As an Employing Broker
and Owner of my own Brokerage Firm, I am held to a higher level of licensure over the average Agent,
and to date never received complaints in my 14 years of practice.
I also serve on the Policy Committee with Pikes Peak Association of Realtors who support Legislatures in
Colorado who aim to keep our State and City prospering. At times, our local group will step in and
oppose or justify the new Laws coming into effect for our Clients Homeowners property rights as that
affects them & their families. We will always be there to oppose and fight for fairness in our City & State.
I am proud to say I take part in the fight!
Buying and Selling Property is at times troublesome. However, being in the business for years, I take
pride in having the knowledge, ability, and understanding to comfort clients with the life changing
decisions whether Buying or Selling. A home is an important investment and one that should not be
taken lightly. I have through the years counseled and have come to genuinely enjoy working with my
clients and many of them have become trusted friends through our Real Estate dealings. After all, home
is where the heart is, therefore, it is with great honor that I call myself a Realtor…making
